Hershey Future Stars Meet Series – Meet 2

Hershey Future Stars Track Series is a four meet series for athletes ages 4-14 (age as of December 31, 2019). This meet is a more relaxed format and perfect for younger athletes and newcomers. Meet 2 information is below. Not all events are held at each preliminary meet and locations vary so please check details carefully. See Meet Schedule for series dates.

Wednesday, May 15 at 6:00pm (check-in begins at 5:30pm)
Location: Mechanicsburg Area High School
500 S Broad St, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 (map)
FEE: $5 per athlete, paid at the meet

80m/100m Hurdles
400 Meter Dash

Discus (must provide implement)

REGULATIONS / INFO

This meet is offered to the following age groups:
Age determination as of December 31, 2019

8 & Under: Year of Birth 2011 & later
9–10: Year of Birth 2009-2010
11–12: Year of Birth 2007-2008
13–14: Year of Birth 2005-2006

Be sure to report to events during 1st and 2nd call. Track events will take priority over field events. Field events will run continuously throughout the meet.
1/4″ spikes are permitted but are not required.
Only competing athletes, coaches and authorized meet officials are permitted in the event clerking area. We ask that parents not enter the infield during the meet.

Entry Limitations

Competitors may enter up to 3 events in the first three preliminary meets and 4 events in the championship meet on June 23.
**Relays will be determined by TTC Coaches. If participating in a relay, TTC will enter you accordingly – Enter/select your other events below.
Ribbons will be awarded to top 6 place finishers in each event in preliminary meets. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 place finishers in each event at the championship meet.
Running events are once and done, placed by times.
Spectators: bleacher seating is limited. Feel free to bring tents and chairs. Tents are not allowed on the infield.

MEET FEES

Fee: $5 per athlete. Fees will be collected at the meet during check-in beginning at 5:30pm.
