REGULATIONS/INFO

This meet is offered to the following age groups:
(Age determination as of December 31, 2025)

8 & Under: Born 2016 or later
9–10: Born 2014-2015
11–12: Born 2012-2013
13–14: Born 2010-2011
15–16: Born 2008-2009
17–18: Born 2006-2007

  • Each athlete must compete in his/her age division only. There will be no “moving up” in any events, including relays.
  • Competitors in the 8 & Under, 9-10 and 11-12 Divisions may compete in a maximum of three events, including relays.
  • Competitors in the 13-14, 15-16 and 17-18 Divisions may compete in a maximum of four events, including relays.
  • Warm-ups: Track is open for warm-ups until 7:50am. After that, athletes must warm up outside the track. A call will be made to allow hurdlers to warm-up over hurdles prior to their races.
  • Parents and coaches are not permitted in the check-in area unless checking in an athlete who is competing in another event.
  • Competitors must wear their assigned bib number during competition for both days. Don’t loose or forget your bib or you’ll need to purchase a replacement.
  • Only ¼” spikes are permitted on the track. Meet management will provide starting blocks and batons.
  • All personal implements MUST be weighed and measured prior to the competition. The weigh station is located under the stands in the main stadium. Weigh-in times will be posted at Registration.
  • Custom medals will be awarded for 1st through 8th place. Additional awards for outstanding male and female athlete in each division will be awarded.
  • Awards Podium and clerking tent are located on the stadium infield.
  • **Relays will be determined by TTC Coaches. If participating in a relay, TTC will enter you accordingly. Include the relay as one of your total number of events and select your other events when submitting the entry form.
  • Participant and Release form is required with meet entry and TTC will authorize on behalf of the athlete’s parent/guardian.

ENTRY FEES

$10 per event
Entries and meet fees must be to TTC/Coach Shawn on or before Friday, July 12.
