TTC was well represented in the seedings going into the two day meet and did not disappoint. The Mid-Atlantic Association Junior Olympic Championships held at Widener University in Chester, PA is the first meet in the National Junior Olympic progression. Top 6 place winners in each event/age group advance to the USATF Region 2 Championships held July 10-13th at Richard Stockton College in Galloway, NJ.
We had two beautiful days for track & field competition and TTC athletes had great performances – nice work, TTC!

Congratulations to all the athletes who competed in Saturday’s Hershey’s Track & Field Games District II Meet in Palmyra. The level of competition was top-notch and our athletes did an amazing job. Congratulations to all the TTC athletes who competed in the Hershey’s Track & Field Local Meet! For many, this was their first meet experience. Our closed meet allowed our athletes to learn how a track meet works and improve their skills in a fun, supportive environment. Winners from each age group advance to the District Meet in Palmyra on June 14th. More information for the District meet will be posted soon.

Congratulations to all TTC athletes for a job well done tonight! It was wonderful to see the kids cheering on their fellow athletes. We hope that fun was had by all! Thank you to all the volunteers who made this meet happen. And, to all the parents, grandparents and friends of TTC who came (and stayed through some raindrops) in support of these young athletes.

The 2014 Season is about to start and we’re pumped! We continue to receive new registrations as word is spreading in the community. Participation numbers have climbed to nearly 40 athletes. We’re excited about what is in store this season. Expect lots of learning, hard work and tons of fun.
